Franchise operations support in five states. Focus on a mix of partner-owned and corporate-owned stores, with responsibilities including same store sales, project management, real estate, marketing, and training.

Worked with partners to increase sales, productivity, and profitability. Focus was on clean stores, fast friendly service, and superior product. Created technology alternatives for communication and reporting. Direct responsibility for over 20 stores.

Led daily operations in venues that included the ESPN Club, Epcot, and Downtown Disney. Served as Duty Manager on a regular basis for all of Downtown Disney. Chosen for global task force called Service Excellence, a restaurant training and consultant team within the Disney University. Increased restaurant profitability and cast knowledge for all departments across four theme parks, two water parks, and 17 resorts.

Responsible for day to day operations at Club 33, a formal dining experience for members and celebrities. Transitioned into wider responsibility in Adventureland/Frontierland Restaurants, leading operations in quick-service, family-style, and show environments. Selected from more than 850 candidates for College Program Plus, a theme park operations management program working side by side with the Disney University.
